Bake your favorite Brie in this personal sized hand thrown pottery baking dish. A unique and beautiful piece that can go straight from the *oven to the dinner table.
*Please note: Pottery Baking Dishes are designed to bake casseroles and cobblers which distribute the heat evenly in the dish. Individual cuts of meat or partial portions create concentrated heat and the dish will break as a result.

Baked Brie Recipe
(1) large sheet of puff pastry dough or 1 tube of refrigerated crescent dinner rolls;
(1) 8 oz round of brie cheese (do not remove rind);
1/4 cup raspberry or apricot jam.
On a cutting board, lay out the puff pastry or roll out the crescent roll dough to a 10"-11'' square; put brie round on top. Spread jam on brie, fold corners of dough over top and press together. Gently place in brie baker. Place brie baker in the oven, heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes, pastry should be golden brown. Let rest for 10 minutes. Serve warm with crackers and apple wedges.
