Glazes Retiring in Spring 2025

While our Charcoal Jet and Chocolate Sage glaze combinations were a big hit when first launched, over the past few years as trends and tastes have changed they have settled down into slower moving patterns. Per customer request, our team has been working on developing some beautiful new glaze combinations that are in a warmer color palette (more exciting info on this to come, so keep an eye out!), and in order to make room in our lineup and production process for the new additions, we have decided to retire these two glazes.

That being said, we real

ize that both Charcoal Jet & Chocolate Sage have some big fans among our customers, and if you are a person who has been building a collection that features them we want to do our best not to leave you high and dry! As such we have a few options available over the next few months:

• We will continue to accept orders for both Charcoal Jet and Chocolate Sage pottery through April 30th, 2025. We still have a very good stock of inventory in both glaze combinations, and if we don’t have your desired pieces on hand in finished stock, we will make them for you from scratch during that time frame! (Keep in mind, our studio team will be mixing and glazing in these colors about once per month, so the turnaround on made-from-scratch pieces will likely be a little longer than our standard 7-9 weeks.)

• Once our new glazes are officially launched, the remaining Charcoal Jet & Chocolate Sage inventory will likely disappear from our retail store shelves, however, part of our intention in doing this is to keep them reserved for those customers who are adding to existing collections, so we have a better chance of getting everyone the pieces they need! If you stop into the shop and don’t see what you’re looking for, please check in with one of us and we will see if we have your items on-hand in the back.

• After the end of April 2025, we will no longer be actively making any pieces from scratch in these glaze colors, but we will still have some items available in finished inventory, so if you miss the April cutoff we may still have what you’re looking for, just let us know and we will check our available stock!
