Wholesale Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT TERMS & POTTERY PARAMETERS

• Wholesale orders are Net 30 from the date of the order, payable via credit card or check.

• Late payments will incur a 3% fee per week overdue.

• Standard per-order Minimum is $400.

• All pottery is handmade, and therefore varies slightly in color and form from piece to piece.

• All pottery is made with food safe materials, and is dishwasher and microwave safe. 

CUSTOM LOGO MUGS

• Medallion mugs with custom designs are offered in batches of 22 or 30 (depending on style), with one glaze choice per batch.

• There is a one-time, new medallion setup fee of $100. Once made, we will keep your medallion on file for future projects. (The same fee applies to medallion redesigns).

• No returns or refunds are accepted on custom logo mugs.

• Due to the handmade pottery process, please allow for a quantity overage or underage of up to 10% on custom mugs. Since orders are paid up front, you will either receive a refund or an additional invoice for the overage/underage adjustment at the end of your project.

TERRITORY & ONLINE

• Items may not be added to websites without written permission from Mountain Arts Pottery.

• We do not guarantee territory protection, however, we will notify customers if another reseller inquires within their zip code so a reasonable evaluation of crossover may occur. 

• Territory is considered fully available if no orders have been placed within the last 12 months.

SHIPPING & REPLACEMENT

• IN STORE PICKUP: Please notify us via a note at checkout if you'd prefer to pick up your pottery in person at our studio, and we will adjust your invoice accordingly. Pottery may be picked up in person at no additional charge. We will contact you when your order is finished so you know when you can pick up.

• SHIPPING: You may opt to have your pottery shipped directly to you. For most cases we will be able to estimate freight charges on the initial invoice, however, in some circumstances freight will need to be adjusted before payment is made (example: shipping outside the continental US)

• If your pottery arrives broken from shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will initiate a replacement. 

MARKETING WAIVER

Mountain Arts Pottery reserves the right to use any photograph/video of any pottery item made in-house without the expressed written permission of the businesses permitting the use of their logo. Mountain Arts Pottery may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, & websites.
