When Will I Receive My Pottery?

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY POTTERY?

• Our team typically crafts online orders from scratch, which takes about 7-9 weeks from raw clay to ship date. 

• The handmade pottery process is an old-world craft that cannot be rushed without compromising quality. It is hands-on from start to finish, and our turnaround time reflects the actual time it takes to create a piece of pottery from scratch using this slow craft process. HOWEVER…

• We keep an inventory of finished pottery that includes the majority of the pieces that we offer through our website. 

• When an order is placed, our team always checks this inventory first to see if we are able to fulfill your order from that stock. If we have all of your ordered items, we will pull and ship them out so you can enjoy your pieces more quickly!


WHAT IF I HAVE A TIGHT TIMELINE AND NEED TO KNOW BEFORE PLACING MY ORER? 

• In this case, please give us a call at 406-522-7707; we will check our inventory prior to your order and will be able to quote you a more specific turnaround time accordingly.


HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY POTTERY IS READY?

• Whether we craft your pieces from scratch or are able pull them from inventory, we will send you a shipping and tracking email as soon as your pottery is packed and ready to be shipped out.
